Interstellar (2014)

*SPOILER FREE

Cinema was born on earth, it was never meant to stay here!

Interstellar is sci-fi drama set in a dystopian future where humanity is struggling to survive and striving to find a new home and follows Cooper, a farmer and former NASA pilot, and a group of scientists and astronauts who travel through a wormhole in search of habitable exoplanet.

There's absolutely no one way to describe this cinematic masterpiece, a spiritual voyage into the unknown, a scientific quest for survival, a tango with time and space, a father-daughter love story, or an aspiration of personal glory and salvation. This is a cinematic paradise in every dimension.

Christopher Nolan, with brother Jonathan co-writing, tells a tale of fiction yet it is truthful, beyond the stars yet grounded with reality, mind-bending yet accessible. This is filmmaking at its most exquisite.

With Hoyte van Hoytema behind the camera, capturing the human deepest emotions, and Hans Zimmer behind the organ, composing is timeless and sensational score, this is an unforgettable experience of sight and sound.

Atmospheric production and sound design, impeccable visual effects, heart-wrenching story, human and AI compelling characters, remarkable attention to detail and fascinating scientific accuracy. This is a motion picture brewed to perfection.

I remember the night I was watching Interstellar for the first time, sitting in the theater at awe long after the credits were finished. A child mesmerized by the magic of the movies.

Owning a copy of the film and watching all the extras of the pts footage and the science behind it are highly recommended.

Interstellar is a 21st century cosmic phenomenon, a cinematic magnificence for the minds and for the hearts, a masterful piece of storytelling by a masterful storyteller.
