Paying homage to his home and upbringing by shouting "I remember" through the magical art form of motion pictures, I pay him my tribute for contributing to making it a magical art form by saying "I remember".

Amarcord is a semi-biographical comedy-drama exploring the adolescence of Titta, Fellini's childhood friend, Titta's village life, desires, daydreams, and sexual fantasies through a series of comedic sketches in his seaside town.

Set in 1930s Borgo San Giuliano, Rimini, Fascist Italy depicting Fellini's youth, memories, lust for breasts, group masturbation, guilt, and foolishness. This is one of the most nostalgic Fellini films.

Amarcord is a carnival of cinema, a bitter-sweet canvas made with time, a mesmerizing Italian masterpiece of sight and sound.

The original score by Nino Rota is a non-stop celebration of life and the shades of human nature. If only the music could speak in words, it'd be humming - the film itself - I remember.
