One day his heart falls in between and he thinks he should use the apartment himself.

Jack Lemmon, the great American everyman who plays C.C. Baxter who works on the 19th floor, Ordinary Policy Department, Premium Accounting Division, section W, desk number 861, and Shirley MacLaine, the elevator operator, embody the main characters outstandingly and seamlessly that you are rooting to them as if they were real people.
